Weekly Classes

Mondays:

7:30am/Alliance Group Training  Build your strength and endurance by performing calisthenics, drill, and sprints in this class and with your homework motivated by Tina.

9:15am/ Pilates Reformer  Tina will guide you through this well balanced workout that promotes strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increased range of motion.

6:00pm/ Core Yoga- Find focus as you build strength and flexibility in this athletic practice that focuses on core muscles as Tina guides you through various poses.

Tuesdays:

7:00am/Outdoor Fit-Camp- Let Tina lead you through an Outdoor Fitness Class that mixes traditional calisthenics, functional exercises, and blasts of cardio.

9:15am/Athletic Conditioning- Tabata Style when you’re in the mood for some thumping beats and high intensity fun.

11:00am/HIIT- Keep your heart-rate up and keep your metabolism burning for hours with this high-intensity interval training technique requires 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, active, recovery periods.

11:45am/Above the Barre Tina will guide you through an isometric and low impact class that will tone and lengthen your muscles to upbeat music with elements of dance/yoga.

 Wednesdays:

6:00am/Spinning Wake up and get started before the world knows that you’re having some “me” time.

7:30am/Alliance Group Training  Build your strength and endurance by performing calisthenics, drills, and sprints in this class and with your homework motivated by Tina.

9:15am/Pilates Mat For those of you who would like to align the body properly, stretch and strengthen your core and entire body strength.

Thursdays:

6:00am/Vinyasa Flow II Release all that has built up during the week with this fun and  fast moving flow.

9:30am/Semi-Private Yin For those of you who would like a little more guidance and privacy in a passive practice- Mixed Levels.
