Here’s a delicious and cleanse friendly cereal. Sometimes I even eat this for dessert!

1 Tablespoon Chia seeds

1 Tablespoon Buckwheat

1/2 Tablespoon Ground Flax

1 Tablespoon Raw Slivered Almonds

1/2 Tablespoon Hemp Seeds

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk


Mix all ingredients together and place in the refrigerator 1-12 hours. The longer it sits the softer it becomes so if you prefer crunchy cereal 1 hour is all you need. I’ve also warmed it for a warm cereal. Enjoy!
