After analyzing and identifying your specific fitness needs, Tina will create a plan for you. Each workout is organized and planned so that when you arrive you can start working out immediately. She incorporates warm up, core/body strengthening, functional/agility training, and stretching specific to your goals. Together the two of you will focus on your workout, so that you leave feeling good about your time spent experiencing an efficient workout.
